At Lincolnshire Marine Services, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently.

• Standard Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress.

• Next Day Delivery: If you require your items sooner, we offer next day delivery for an additional fee. Please select this option during the checkout process, and your order will be prioritised for dispatch. Next day delivery applies to orders placed before the cut-off time on working days.

Returns Policy Within 30 days of purchase.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

• We accept returns of unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging within a 30 day period from date of purchase.

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty (see below).

• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning goods to ensure they reach us safely. Please keep the tracking information until your return has been processed.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange in line with our policy. Please note that refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty Goods

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. We may request further details, such as photos, to assess the fault.  The item will be required to be returned before proceeding with a return or replacement.

In the case of faulty goods, we will provide instructions for returning the item. 

In the event of a fault occurring after 30 days of purchase, the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions may apply.
